Q: I am an XL Member. Am I entitled to special pricing?

A: Yes. Please read the Member Info page and follow the instructions for registering with the XL Store as an XL Member. Note that your XL Member username/password are different from your store login credentials. Even if you had an account in the old XL Store, you will need to re-register here with a new username/password.

Q: I had an account in the old XL Store and was able to access details of all my prior purchases, including Wealth Dynamics Profile test "tokens". Can I access that information here?

A: No. The old store order history could not be brought over to this store for compatibility reasons. However, your Wealth Dynamics Profile test tokens are available through our improved Reseller Programme. If you purchased more than 1 test in the old store, a new style Reseller account was created automatically for you and all test tokens were placed into that account.

If an account was created for you, an email notice was sent to you with notification of the conversion on 5-Feb-2009. If you cannot find or did not receive the email, please use the Forgot Password page to regain access to your new Reseller account where you will find your prevoiusly purchased tokens. Enter your email address used when you purchased from the old store.

Q: I am an XL Member. I used to be able to purchase Wealth Dynamics Profile tests at a discount. Can I still do that?

A: Yes. This is now offered under our Reseller Programme and not through the XL Store. If you do not already have a Reseller account, you will need to create one. Accounts for XL Members are not created automatically. (See previous question for more details on previously purchased Weatlh Dynamics Profile test tokens.)

Q: How much will products cost in my local currency?

A: That will depend on your local currency conversion rates at the time of purchase. You can get an approximation of how much you will be charged by using an online currency converter. However, the actual charges you incur will vary since many credit card companies use their own rates or add on additional surcharges.

Q: Can I earn money by selling your products?

Q: I want to sell Wealth Dynamics Profile tests to my clients.
Is this possible?

A: Yes. We offer a Reseller Programme that is designed specifically for people wanting to use the Wealth Dynamics Profile test as part of their coaching business, or for businesses wishing to test their staff. It is open to anyone who pre-purchases tests in "bulk" quantities. Please read about our Reseller Programme and follow the instructions for signing up.
